The drying of the plates is achieved by tunnel-type ventilated ovens whose characteristics vary according to the working speed. These ovens provide thermal energy to the plates using bulb-type infrared (IR) lamps. The ventilation system is carefully designed to achieve maximum drying efficiency and homogeneity.
The coating process can be carried out manually with suitable hand tools or automatically using spreading machines. This process is performed on plates moving on special conveyors.
Depending on the type of product applied, the following ovens can be used:
Infrared (IR) ovens equipped with bulb-type lamps.
UV modules equipped with mercury and/or gallium lamps.
