“NETMATIC” AUTOMATIC MESHING MACHINE

The machine consists of a sturdy steel structure carrying two axes supported by clutch bearings.

Working System

  • One of these axes is motorized and unwinds fiberglass mesh rolls.
  • A third roll, through a pneumatic system, presses the mesh onto the plates.
  • NETMATIC is equipped with an automatic cutting system consisting of a circular moving blade that cuts the mesh according to the plate length.
  • This length is pre-measured by sensors placed on the production line.
  • Roll change is done manually.
