Especially for cracked or broken slabs, it is extremely important that the trays serve as a perfectly flat support surface. This ensures that the resin-applied material can cure properly without bending, warping, or breaking easily during polishing or sizing stages.
For this reason, AKAL pays great attention to the design and production of slab carrying trays in suitable dimensions that can handle slabs up to 3400x2200 mm and 3600x2200 mm.
The trays used in our ovens are welded by locking them onto highly durable tables, whose surfaces are machined on CNC systems for perfect flatness.
